These houses
come with illustrated instructions, silk screened windows and innovative tab and
slot construction method. This construction method greatly simplifies the
construction process and cuts building time. They are made out of 3.6mm
die-cut punch-out plywood construction.
Houses are
shipped directly from the supplier and there is an additional $5 drop fee on top
of regular shipping in the US and $15 drop fee outside of the US. Houses are discounted

The Glencroft
This is a quaint English
tudor house with a picket fence. There are four rooms. It has silk
screened windows, flower box, built-in bookcases, two window seats, two
fireplaces, staircase and beamed ceilings. The size is 25 ¼” W x 17 ¾” D x
24 ¼” H. You will need approximately two jars of stucco. Shingles are included. Shipping weight is
