This model is a stunning Tudor-style dollhouse featuring the distinctive
timber-framed exterior of the period, complete with external chimney breasts and
side windows. Inside there are four spacious rooms, two attic rooms plus a
magnificant hallway and stairwell linking the three floors. This unique
dollhouse offers you the opportunity to own a little bit of English history.
Throughout the centre of this house is a grand hallway measuring a generous
7" wide. The attic offers a further two rooms and features a wide
stairwell. The front, sides, roof and base of The Stratford are made in
3/8" MDF, while the individual window sashes as in 1/4" MDF and the
beams measure 5/16". This ready-to-assemble kit comes with two staircases,
sills, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.

A versatile building, this charming shop allows you to become the proprietor of

shop, the accommodation comprises four rooms, including two attic rooms ideal
for storage. Customers will be tempted inside by what they see through the two
large victorian-style display windows.
The ground floor has a wide central arch between the two sections, giving a
total retail area of: 21-1/2" wide x 8-1/4" high x 13" deep.

three floors. The elegant exterior features a single bay window, porch and
decorate lintels. A little English twon house with a lot of character. The
fronts, sides, roof and base of the house are made in 3/8" MDF, the inner
walls and floors are constructed from 1/4" MDF, while the individual window
sashes are in 1/8" MDF.
This ready-to-assemble kit comes with stairs, half landings, handrails, spindles
and newels. Also included are full instructions, hinges, PVE glue and sandpaper.
