Miniature Shop Policies Shop Hours Because the majority of our business is on the internet & our merchandise is in our home, we are open by appointment only. Additionally, not all of our items are on display so if there is something special you want to see please bring the number with you. Please call if you would like to visit as if you stop by unexpectedly I may not be home. Discount Policy Orders over $50.00 receive an additional 15% off of retail prices which actually gives you an additional 5% off the discount price listed. This does not include sale items and items that show no discount price on the description (such as Bespaq) and does not include dollhouses or "Somewhere in Time" hand crafted items. Orders over $100.00 receive an additional 20% off of retail prices which actually gives you an additional 10% off the discount price listed. This does not include sale items and items that show no discount price on the description (such as Bespaq) and does not include dollhouses or "Somewhere in Time" hand crafted items.. However, Bespaq orders over $100 will have free shipping. The retail prices are shown in one column and the discount price is shown in red in the column next to it. The extra discount applies to the discount price and not the retail price. i.e. discount price is $10.00 an extra 5% off would be $9.50. This does not include sale items and items that show no discount price on the description (such as Bespaq) and does not include dollhouses or "Somewhere in Time" hand crafted items.. Example: Item#1 is $10 retail. We discount this by 10% which would bring the price to $9. If you order totals over $50 (with the 10% discount taken) you are eligible to take another 5% off. This would make the $10 item now $8.55. If you order totals over $100 (with the 10% discount) you are eligible to take another 10% off. This would make the $10 item now $8.12. (This does not include sale items and items that show no discount price on the description (such as Bespaq) and does not include dollhouses or "Somewhere in Time" hand crafted items.) Dollhouse Discounts Dollhouses are 10% off suggested retail prices listed (Unless noted otherwise.) Dollhouses orders over $250 will get an additional 5% discount. Dollhouses orders over $500 will get an additional 5% discount.
International Orders International orders should be at least $30 and over with an additional $5 fee for processing. This takes care of filing forms, standing in line & driving to the post office. Once the package leaves I will not be responsible for delivery times and delays in shipping (such as being held up in customs) or other reasons. Once your package leaves the US The Enchanted Miniature Shoppe is no longer responsible for loss or theft or delay. All international orders must be insured. Large Orders Please...If you need a large amount of any one item it will have to be special ordered as my inventory stock is limited to very small amounts. Budget Items **Items marked Budget or Sale are non-returnable & non-refundable Refunds Returns are accepted on merchandise shown on this website if the merchandise is inferior. Returns must be pre-authorized within 10 days shown on your receipt. Please e-mail or phone and state the reason for your return. If the item/s are returned in the same condition as shipped your account will be credited for the cost of the item/s only less a 10% to 50% restocking fee depending on the amount returned, i.e. 1-5 items 10%, 6-10 items 20%, 11-15 items 30%. Additionally, if free shipping was involved with a returned item you will be charged for the shipping costs if applicable. There are absolutely no returns on wallpaper. I urge you to print the large picture of the wallpaper to see if it will work in your dollhouse. **Items marked Budget or Sale are non-returnable & non-refundable REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS AND DOLL HOUSES All special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please understand that the reason for this is because some merchandise may be inferior than what I would normally stock, or the demand may be low for a particular item and it is not re-sellable. Pictures shown in catalogs sometimes make an item look much nicer that it actually is. I know customers are aware that a $15 item made in China is not going to look like a $150 Bespaq item. Items on this website have been picked because of their quality and price. Special order items include any item not listed on this web site. All dollhouses are non-returnable as they are special order. SPECIAL ORDER POLICY The minimum amount for a special order is $150. There is usually a 3 to 4 week waiting time. At times I can combine your order with that of another customer therefore making the minimum amount less than $150. I use 3 or 4 major suppliers for miniature items and do my best to get all items on your order filled. However, I have no control over what the supplier ships. Fill rates for special orders are somewhere between 75% and 100%. As stated above, there are no refunds. Payment methods ABSOLUTELY NO ORDERS UNDER $10.00. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & PayPal, Check & Money Order
Utah residents must pay sales tax of 6.60% Check & Money Order Policy: First, please e-mail me at kjulio@comcast.net to verify that the merchandise you are interested in is available. After verification I will give you a grand total which will include shipping and insurance. Your order will be held for 7 days after the grand total has been given to you before the items are re-stocked. Shame on you if you do not pay! Out of Stock Items We strive to keep this website up-to-date and to list out of stock items. This may not always be possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that an item is in stock at any given time. Most pages list the "date last page updated" on the bottom left.
